Mahjong
Match two identical free tiles to clear the board.
Tutorial: Mahjong
How to Play:
- The board is filled with stacked tiles in various patterns.
- Your goal is to match and remove all pairs of identical tiles.
- A tile is 'free' only if: nothing blocks it from above AND at least one side is exposed (not touched by another tile).
- Tap two free tiles with matching symbols to remove them as a pair.
- As you remove tiles, new tiles underneath become free and available.
- If you get stuck with only non-free tiles, the puzzle may be unsolvable from that state.
- Work strategically: removing one tile might free up crucial matches.
- The puzzle is solved when all tiles are cleared from the board.
Pro Tips:
- Plan ahead: consider which tiles will be freed by your next removal.
- Avoid trapping yourself by removing a tile that blocks access to critical pairs.
- Look for tiles that are almost free—one more removal might open them up.
- If multiple valid moves exist, choose the one that frees the most new tiles.
- Match tiles that have few other matching pairs remaining on the board.
