Tutorial: AlphaWave

How to Play:

  1. A hidden 5-letter word is shown as a wave. Your job is to guess the word.
  2. Each letter has a number: A=1, B=2, ... Z=26. This creates the wave shape.
  3. Type a valid 5-letter word and press Enter to submit your guess.
  4. Your guess creates its own wave. Compare it to the target — how do the shapes match?
  5. A similarity percentage shows how close you are (0% = totally different, 100% = exact match).
  6. Use the peaks (high letters), valleys (low letters), and curves to narrow it down.
  7. Keep guessing until you hit 100% and discover the word.

Pro Tips:

  • High peaks in the target? Look for Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z. Low valleys? A, B, C, D, E.
  • Notice the overall shape — does it go up, down, stay flat, or zigzag?
  • Each guess gets closer, so watch how your percentage climbs toward 100%.
